was founded by Eugene and Dawn Wilson in 2003, after putting in over 2 years in the bail recovery field working for others. 

 
We are dedicated to professionalism in our field, safety of our agents and our clients, and excellence in everything we do.  In 2010, Dawn was elected the first President of the Utah Bail Enforcement Association and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer.  She is also a former Utah Bail Recovery Licensure Board Member and Chairperson. Among our agents and training staff, we have military experience, law enforcement experience, armed security experience, private investigations, dignitary protection, prisoner transport, collections, training, and business experience.  All of our agents are Utah licensed in Bail Enforcement, however we recover fugitives nationwide.
 
Protecting your assets
Having recovered bail skips from coast to coast, we are very familiar with the bail recovery laws in many states.  We work closely with local law enforcement agencies and professional recovery agents wherever we go.  We are dedicated to full service in protecting our customers' assets.
