Dawn has served on the Utah State Licensing Board as member and chair, and was the first President of the Utah Bail Enforcement Association (2010-2011).

Our trainers are certified by the State of Utah to train Bail Enforcement, as well as firearms, asp, OC, handcuffing, and more. We have a working team of bail enforcement agents, bail recovery agents, and apprentices. Our team participates in each class we teach, so you get the benefit of learning from the trainers and the team.

BAIL ENFORCEMENT TRAINING COURSE:

Night Hawk is approved by the State of Utah Bail Enforcement Licensure Board to provide the training course required to apply for Bail Enforcement Agent, Bail Recovery Agent, and Bail Recovery Apprentice licenses.
